Event Enhancements

1) In order to use new bucket or to change existing bucket config we have to raise PMR and it is time consuming because of multi team dependency. It will be good if there is API or SST process to update the event configuration.

2) Currently all distribution groups are pushed to common bucket. It will be good if we can have separate bucket for each DGs, so that multiple consumers will be used to update respective ECOM inventory more faster.

3) It will be good to disable publishing PICK or SHP events from IV without modifying the fulfillment overrides. This way we have both SHP & PICK enabled GetNetworkAvailability & GetNodeAvailability calls but filtered only at event level.

4) It will be good to disable publishing PICK and/or SHP events for the parent items.

    1) There is a product plan to expose event endpoint configuration so that the administrator can alter the endpoint details via the self service portal. This is planned for 1H 2024. If client wants to do this earlier, there is thoughts to allow API access so client will manage the endpoint without UI help. Let us know if this is super urgent or can wait. In the urgent case we can give client access to the api for now till UI becomes available.

Point 2,3,4 will be tied to a future roadmap plan where user has ability to use the rule base event control to determine what should be published.
