Observability Dashboard for Synchronization Jobs Performance

Monitoring Dashboard of IV processes.

  • Supply, Demand, Reservation Async Jobs Performance Dashboard with KPIs like Average Processing Time, Max on Daily/Weekly/Monthly Periods, and Adherence to SLAs.
    For example, avg time to complete Supply Sync calls during X day or week and a sort of traffic lights if the avg time is inside the SLA or not. 99th percentile?

  • Also, a similar dashboard to review how availability recalculation jobs are performing, for example, a node is added in a DG. What is the average time to update DG availability and 99th Percentile in a daily, weekly, or monthly case, is it in SLA or not?

  • IBM proactive monitoring if the jobs are performing as expected

  • For Adidas to understand if there are processes we implement that impact the performance of IBM IV internal job executions (for example additional node overrides)

    IBM may not be able to give complete picture of the metrics between client and edge and edge to origin. The plan is IBM will start providing data at least within the origin side. Network metrics may be more challenging to do as it involve other handles.
