More Flexibility in Segmenting Inventory

We have various types of customers shipping from our warehouses, and our partnershps vary. Some partners are assigned a fixed # of units of inventory, while others are assigned a share (%) of units in a specific warehouse. It is important for our planning that we are able to combine both counts and percentages in a given warehouse.

How will this idea be used?

In a given warehouse, we may want to assign 100 units of an item to customer #1 per our agreement with that customer, then we may want to split the remaining stock using % - 80% to our own website, and 20% to a different partner. This is how we plan our inventory, and we would like to continue in this manner.
