Add Support for TSS Protected IDs in BATCH

CDZ supports RACF and ACF2 when it comes to PROTECTED IDs, but does not support TSS. Please extend this support to TSS, as TSS implemented PROTECTED in a similar manner to RACF.

What is your industry? Financial Markets
How will this idea be used?

We utilize DMBATCH with NOPW users, currently for Batch CDZ workload. The newest version of TSS is removing support for NOPW, and we need to move to PROTECTED IDs for this. CDZ does not currently support TSS in this manner, while it does support the other ESMs.

We would like to see all ESMs having similar support.
