RELATED IDEAS

Passphrase Support for 100 Characters

RACF currently supports 100 characters for passphrases. Having all z/OS software/products also support that limit aligns them with the RACF limitations. This allows users even greater options at creating longer passphrases thus a more secure one.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. After discussing with stakeholders ,we believe, implementing this idea does not align with broader roadmap. For that reason I am putting this as "Not under consideration" and we can revisit this once we see interest from more customers (via Voting or Comments)
