This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hello,
Firstly apologies for failing to add comments to this idea request (during change of status) and providing reference to the resolution provided on the support case TS013379536. For some reason I did not get the alerts on your follow-up message which is unusual, hence could not respond back.
With reference to the call back in August this year, we believe we had addressed the concern and the support case was updated. Going forward the Hold Data will be part of the PTF's code review and an ACTION hold will be issued especially in cases when action must be taken (load message update, reassemble exit, recycle server, etc.). This should help to mitigate the your concerns in the future as DOC holds were not always scrutinized with the same level of care as ACTION, EXIT, etc. holds.
If you have any additional feedback, thoughts or ideas, or if there is anything else I can do, please do not hesitate to reply to this message to continue the conversation. Appreciate your patience.
Thanks,
Product Management
Hi IBM Team, please reference the customer's question noted on August 21st & Sept 20th--can you please reply to the customer?
Thanks in advance.

IBM: This item has been marked "delievered"; however, we are unclear exactly what was delievered. There have been no updates, documentation, emails, etc. to clarify. Please respond at your earliest opportunity.
Thanks
i see this was changed to 'delivered' but it is unclear what was 'deleivred'..no apar number, etc.
For clarity i am adding this summary: "We do not need a sample on how to change the exit--we already had that by drilling down into the doc. We are asking to have DGAXTABL changed in SMPE structure from a ++SAMP SMPE element to a ++SRC or ++MAC SMPE element. (++SAMP cannot have a usermod attached but ++SRC and ++MAC can).
Thanks
Requesting update for SAMP DGAXTABL to MAC or SRC so a usermod can be installed to flag and provide customer awareness of incoming updates from IBM PTFs. This support will provide a mechanism to mark DGAXTABL if and when it has the potential of wiping out updates we've made.
