Terminate the Process Waiting for Dynamic Allocation or Unallocation

CDz runs into temporarily unresponsive periodically 5 to 10 min or even longer due to the reason that SYSZTIOT ENQ exclusively held by CDz itself in which one process can't perform dynamical allocation or un allocation holding all other processes per pmr 86274,L6Q,000.

So it will be great if CDz itself can set up a parameter to terminate the process which hold the exclusive ENQ of SYSZTIOT at certain time threshold.

    Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM.  I have reviewed it thoroughly with my developers, but unfortunately I must reject this as an enhancement to C:D for z/OS.  Connect:Direct does not have control over SYSZTIOT as it could likely be tied up with requests from other applications.  Due to this technical limitation we won't be able to accept this enhancement request.  We do appreciate your use of the Aha! Ideas tool for suggestions and would welcome any future ideas that you submit however.
