Manage NDM for z/OS from Windows NDM

Like DB2 explorer, allow NDM for Windows act as a management client, to show and manage NDM for z/OS. Such as copyfile, manage queues, even display/update Netmap.

    Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM.  I've reviewed this with my team and we are in agreement that being able to interact with C:D for z/OS with a more modern user interface would be beneficial.  This would likely be handled as a future enhancement to the recent C:D Web Console that was released for Windows, UNIX, and Linux.  I will accepted this request as an uncommitted candidate and will look to add it to our roadmap moving forward.
