CDWS in Containers - disable GUI access option accessible before the deployment

Connect Direct Web Services for containers should allow to disable GUI access (and leave the RESTful API access only) before the deployment. Currently there is no such an option. We need to have this parameter delivered upfront from values.yaml to setup in OpenShift environment, what would speed up the deployment and keep the setup consistently secure across all environments where there should not be any modification of the image setup after it is deployed.

    This is an existing feature in CDWS where there is an option to use only REST API.

    In values.yaml there is a param which support rest only deployment.

    restOnly: yes
