Enhance Integrated File Agent (IFA) for Windows and Linux allow flexibility as to where the process scripts are stored

Our team recently converted a Stand Alone File Agent to Integrated File Agent. The imported rules work fine. However, we discovered that when creating a new rule, the process script must be placed in the process directory. No other location is allowed. Each shop may have different needs and/or requirements. I assumed that you could utilize a different path since the imported rules show the full path for those process scripts, but the same cannot be done for a new rule. Adding this enhancement will allow more flexibility and I believe more shops would utilize IFA if this were the case.
