This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thank you for the update and for accepting the idea for consideration in future releases.
I wanted to seek a bit more clarity on the dependency around customer voting and comments. In the event that broader customer traction is limited, would this enhancement still be considered for implementation based on critical customer use cases, such as large‑scale financial institutions like Visa, where availability and resiliency requirements are extremely high?
Given that this capability directly impacts production stability, operational risk, and SLA adherence in high‑volume environments, we wanted to understand:
Whether enhancements of this nature can be prioritized based on customer criticality and business impact, even if community voting is limited
Or if the roadmap decision is strictly driven by volume of external votes and comments
This clarification would help us better understand how to position and escalate such requirements internally and with our partners.
Appreciate your guidance and continued engagement.
We are accepting the idea and considering it future releases. we can revisit this once we see the traction from other customers and partners (via Voting or Comments). Thank you for your patience and co-operation.
Thanks,
James
