Add Certificate Expiration Date to the list of fields logged for a partner certificate CERT= log event

Currently when a partner connects to our Connect:Direct server and negotiates a successful SecurePlus TLS connection, we can see other details of their X.509 certificate CERT= field like Common Name, Locality, State, Country, Serial Number and Fingerprint. It would be nice if Expiration Date were added to this list. With this we can monitor the logs for certificates expiring soon and alert our partners to update it or risk transmission outages.
