Conditional Runtask/Runjob

We need to execute processes after receiving files from clients, today this process depends on the client adding the command we need to execute in its transmission process. This is done via runtask and runjob and works well, however when we need to change this command we need to contact several customers for adjustment. This situation also occurs in new processes where we always have to ask the client to add the runtask or runjob step to their transmission process and the client often complains and does not want to do this process.
Therefore, we suggest that IBM adds an area to Connect:Direct to configure a conditional runtask/runjob. The idea is that it is possible to register triggers so that when a file is received, it triggers a command/process in our own Connect:Direct.
This trigger could validate things like: node name, proxy user, regex for file name, etc.
With this functionality we can extend the possibilities of using the product and make the automation of file reception very simple. Furthermore, it also focuses on automation on the interested party's side of the process, without the need for any involvement with the customer in our case.

We would like to pass the below suggestion to handle the situation without impacting the existing processes. You may explore File Agent either Standalone or Integrated but preferably IFA to monitor the file transfer and once the P node completes the file transfer, S node can trigger its own run task and execute the action.

    Thanks,

    James
