FileAgent become another user

Allow File Agent user to become another account as specific folders are owned by different accounts. A little history, we were using some product to monitor files for different directories, the product allowed us to become another user to pick up incoming files from NDM, and process the file.

Allow the FileAgent account to access any directories without having to modify OS user and/or groups.

    From CD Development:

    Thank you for the idea. Today, Integrated File Agent scans the file system as cdadmin and submits processes to Connect:Direct as a user specified in Integrated File Agent's configuration. Is the RFE to scan the file system as the user specified in Integrated File Agent's configuration instead of cdadmin? This is a good change.

    Or, is the RFE more complicated? Is it to support specifying more than one user in File Agent's configuration? So Integrated File Agent would support scanning and submitting by more than one user? This is also a good change, but it is bigger and would take longer to deliver.
