Multi region access point support for s3 bucket

We would like to have multi region access point support for s3 bucket in connect direct transmission so that file transmission to AWS env can be done using multi region access point, this will help in case of DR scenario and the team sending the files to AWS will not have to change the s3 buckets every time if use of s3 multi region access point is supported

How will this idea be used?

if anyone wants to send the file to s3 bucket which are place in different region then one has to use the s3 multi region access point name in the NDM submit process and file will go to the s3 buckets which has 100% network flow using multi region access point, NDM submit process dont need to be changed every time the file needs to be sent to different s3 bucket region , we can do this just by changing the configuration of s3 multi region access point configuration

    Hi,

    Marking this idea as Delivered as this change has been implemented for CDU & Integrated File Agent 6.2

    For Amazon S3, the ARN syntax for endpoints is now supported

    • For buckets

    • For multi region
