add HELP icon to the Sterling Connect:Direct applications that will direct the customer directly to the Support Request tool

support vets many customer complaints about the IBM.com website. If we add some direct links into the products the customer uses, like a SUPPORT TICKET link to the SR tool, this defuses customer hostility to the web site.

    Thank you for your patience as we've progressed with the enhancement request backlog for Connect:Direct. Unfortunately after additional consideration we believe that the decision on this request must be changed and that it will not be considered for inclusion into Connect:Direct moving forward. We believe that directly linking to the IBM support ticketing system would introduce challenges if that system moves in the future causing broken functionality in the Connect:Direct user interface.
