Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM. I have reviewed it with my development team thoroughly. During that discussion we confirmed that the requested ciphers are not supported by our encryption toolkit (IBM GSKit). Because of that we won't be able to natively support these ciphers in Secure+ and cannot accept this request at this time.
As an alternative I might suggest calling an external encryption tool to pre-encrypt and post-decrypt transmissions using their tool of choice that supports those ciphers. You could trigger this activity using a Run Task so that the whole activity is handled by the same process/flow. Since the data would be encrypted upstream of C:D you could also choose to disable Data Encryption for these transfers/partners in Secure+ so that processing cycles aren't wasted double-encrypting a file.
