Request to remove the limit of 17 characters for the User ID at the adjacent node on C:D HP NonStop System

We are faced with a situation where for reasons beyond our control, we must use the domain name with the user (example: fa_45lmo99@hello_it_sourcompany.production.com).
As part of a large-scale project with dozens of C:D interfaces running on HPNS, it is impossible for us to use the software C:D HPNS because of this limit of 17 characters for the user ID at the adjacent node. We will really appreciate if you can remove this 17 characters limitation.

All customers using C:D HPNS will be able to set  any lenght of user for CD Proxy definition.

    CD HPNS 3.6.0.3 was published to Fix Central in June 2022 with this specific enhancement.

    * support for 32-character NonStop user/account names, increased from the previous 17-character limit

    * support for 65-character remote user names, increased from the previous 17-character limit

    NOTE: NonStop Guardian user names are defined by the OS with a 17 character limit (groupxxx.userxxxx); while aliases have an OS-defined limit of 32 characters.

    Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM. I have reviewed it with my team and believe this would be a valuable enhancement to Connect:Direct. I will accept this request as an uncommitted candidate and we will look to add it to the C:D roadmap moving forward.
