Sterling Control Center: Add an overwrite and delete option for Secure Plus trust/keystore cert locations

When SCC is in use for configuring Secure Plus certificates on a CD node the only option available is import. If the certs expire or an import was incorrectly completed there are no options to overwrite or delete the certificate information in SCC. Requesting an overwrite and delete option so customers can update information through SCC.

How will this idea be used?

A customer will have the ability to update or verwrite their Secure Plus certs with new certificates or they can delete an imporoperly imported certificate. This option gives the SCC admin the ability to complete their work on time without having to contact server admins to delete secure plus certificate information or delete a cert.
