Link File Transfers to ReplicatePayload Processes

There is no easy button for looking at a file within ICC and determining how long it took to replicate between DCs if using Global Mailbox. ICC will give allow you to find a file within the Completed File Transfers Monitor, and if you go into Completed Processes you can find ReplicatePayload processes. However, there is no link between the two. ReplicatePayload processes and File Transfer records should be linked together for easy access within IBM Control Center. It seems that the ReplicatePayload process should be listed as the final 'event' in the file transfer events tab.

How will this idea be used?

We have had scenarios where client X will place a file within global mailbox in data center A. Client Y logs in to pull the file and lands in data center B. The file is not found because it has not replicated yet from data center A. We need to be able to easily provide the replication time if/when client Y complains they couldn't get the file.
