Ability to trigger alerts when a certain type of EDI X12 document not received or sent within certain time frame

It would be useful as we can do all the monitoring in Control Center rather than having scripts that we currently use.

How will this idea be used?

We need alerts if a certain kind of document (EDI X12 - 856, 810 etc.) inbound from external partner has not been received within a certain amount of time for a certain receiver ISA ID. The document kind, ISA ID and the time frame should be configurable.

We also need alerts if outbound documents (EDI X12 850, 864 etc.) have not been sent out from our SI gateway. The document kind, sender ISA ID and the time frame should be configurable.

Currently we have scripts that send us email of the kind below

"SI Production Gateway has not received EDI 856 document from external partners for <Receiver ISA ID> for 120 minutes".
