automate updating of DB password in CCM

Passwords are periodically rotated and we want to avoid any issues during the manual update and automate the task. We have the script available in ../utils/runConfigCCSample.sh, but its updating all configuration parameters. We need to alter the script to update only DB password

    Control Center 6.4 has been released today with the capability to update the DB password only.
