How to monitor the file count for particuar files per day..

We have a partner who usuaully sends arounf 500 transaction per day but there are some case it incrases upto 2000 per day during whihc we will get infra issues wrt cpu heavy utlization , so we would like monitor the file count for thus partner and if it crosses regualr traffic we would like to get an alert from ICC for b2bi

Can be used to moniror the file count to make sure have proper infra in place .as increasing the file count willl have perf issues so
