Ignore case sensitivity when posting to add servers via API. Duplicate servers are currently not checked via case.
ICC Classic Console (java exception) and Web Dashboard when trying to edit a given node seemingly break when duplicate servers are posted that feature unique server IDs in the database but non-unique node details (hostname, node name). This problem could easily be avoided by doing an upper or lowercase force on all POST requests to the API versus existing nodes. There currently is duplicate protection, but its strength and value are questionable when simply altering the case of a node name will bypass it.
