Eliminate the compatibility issue between ICC and Dynatrace monitoring.

The compatibility issue between ICC and Dynatrace prevents use of Control Center Webconsole. Only remediation is to disable the Dynatrace UI agent on the application node. We use Dynatrace for monitoring of all our Sterling Infrastructure and would like to do same for ICC node.

    After reviewing this with the dev team again.

    Enabling Dynatrace at Full Stack mode is breaking ICC so Dynatrace needs to be fixed to not break ICC.

    After reviewing this we have decided to implement this in one of the future releases based on the current priorities. The current technology used in CCM not be compatible with Dynatrace and we have seen this with multiple customers. Even well established BI tools have seen issues with Dynatrace. We might need more time to investigate this in future.
