Add support to multiple DB service

Hi Team,

Our DBA pattern for oracle databases is to have two separate data bases in two data centers with its own host and service name. The current configCC.sh doesnt support entering two service names during the config.

if we do have such capability, the database failover will be handoff from application perspective. This support is native to JDBC drivers just need to enable entering the raw jdbi url during configcc steps.
