Certificate Expiration Warning for File Agent

Our team is currently looking into the use of certificate authentication with File Agent. I don't think that Control Center will have any visibility to when the certificate expires. We need Control Center to be able to report on this.

This will be used to notify us when a certificate for File Agent expires in 60 days.
