Consolidate all ICC admin functionality under Web Console.

Currently functions in ICC such as creating SLC's for all types other then simple SLC and creating/managing DVGs all must be done through the Classic Console. Besides the inconvenience of switching back and forth between the Web Console and Classic Console; getting users who need access to the Classic Console is cumbersome. Have all functions for ICC consolidate into the Web Console therefore makes more sense.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We will be migrating all these capabilities mentioned here i.e. SLC, DVGs etc, and implementing in modernized Web Console in our upcoming Major release of Control Centrer Monitor.
