Monitor SI schedules and Routing Rules in SCC

Currently SI related schedules and Routing rules does not get monitored in SCC.

Some of the SI related schedules are very critical and important for Customer,  if that can get disabled then file processing does not happened. Similarly if Routing rules get disabled then also file processing does not happened.

This concern was raised by one of the customer and due to this their high valued transaction does not get processed on time and they use to ended with paying penalties.

So, if SCC can monitor these schedules and RR , then if by mistake or any how these are get disabled then customer can get alert and they can go and check those schedules & RR.
