RHEL8/RH8 Support for IBM Control Center

Rather than installing a new instance of ICC and its components onto RHEL7 and then repeating the process again on RHEL8 once its supported. It'd be extremely useful to know dates sooner rather than later.

Please advised when support for RHEL8  will be on the roadmap, so we can plan accordingly and make the installation once.

Thank you.
