Add equivalent of cdai_verifyUpgrade parameter

For silent install, users get a chance to set upgrade options (parameters). One of those is cdai_verifyUpgrade which enables/disables step that performs loopback transfer after upgrade to verify if upgrade was successful. If loopback transfer is not successful, entire CD installation is being rolled back to previous version.

Users should have possibility to set cdai_verifyUpgrade=[y|n] parameter for upgrade action.

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

This will allow to upgrade Connect Direct on nodes where loopback options is intentionally disabled.

Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM. I have reviewed it with my team and we feel that this would be a worthwhile enhancement to CCD. We have accepted this as an uncommitted candidate and will look to add it to the roadmap moving forward.

    Thanks,
