Ability to modify payment details of order in OMoC

Currently in the OMoC version of the call center, there is no ability to change the payment details on the order. This means that if the original payment method failed due to card expiry, insufficient funds etc. the customer cannot have the payment type changed through the call center. This is available in the product on prem versions, but not in the OMoC version even though it is mentioned in the product documentation.
