trade up process is too complex and cumbersome

  1. seller contacts project office to explore usage or tries to use parts in SQO routing them to project office via checkfile configuration 2. Project office distributes trade-up spreadsheet seeking input on existing entitlement, S&S LPP, and intended entitlement 3. Project office uses this input to calculate appropriate discount to maintain or grow S&S and satisfy deal. Net new purchases will likely be tied to deals to provide appropriate level of total capacity 4. Project office consisting of Rob Beaupre (S&S), Sanna Louhivuori (pricing), and Chris Sanders (PM) review and must support deal for it to proceed
