Issue: Customer noticed that SBI's opscmd.sh script duplicates the creation of every connection pools from SBI to the Database.


Root Cause Analysis: When queueDepth command (using opscmd script) is invoked, it creates another copy of connection pools.


Request: The opscmd script should reuse the existing connection pools from SBI instead of creating duplicate copies of connections

Client have a need to monitor queuedepth especially for their Double 11 events (6/18, 12/12- when there are Millions of transactions being processed in a matter of 3 days); so client hopes to have this enabled without creating concurrent connections to the Database.
