CII ENVELOPE EXTRACTION PARAMETERS ARE NOT BEING PASSED TO CHILD BP WHEN INVOKE BP PER INTERCHANGE SET IN ENVELOPE 

Parameters are not being passed from the system BP
CIIEnvelope to the child bp when the Extract to a
File ststem is selected and invoke bp per interchange is set
in the envelope. If an envelope is set for the option to Extract to a File and the associated parameters filled out for Data Extraction Directory and Filename, these parameters are written to ProcessData in the CIIEnvelope process. But when the EDIOutboundFileSystemExtraction bp is called the parameters are not
passed to the child bp. Therefore the child bp
errors.EDIOutboundFileSystemExtraction fails with - ERROR
