Extend the REST API Client Service to allow for Bearer Token as an authorization method

When connecting to the PayPal REST API's for invoicing they require Bearer Token authorization. The token is retrieved from an API that uses Basic authentication.

How will this idea be used?

Currently we are unable to use SBI to connect to PayPal for their invoice REST API's. If the REST API client can be extended to include this, we will be able to connect.
