EBICS Server / Client support of xml structures without ds: prefixes

As of now EBICS Server and Client is not able to parse XML structures without ds prefixes in some places, so the parses explicitly needs those.

Where as the XML itself is valid against the XSD of the EBICS order types.

 

We need to have the EBICS Bank and Client be able to parse these XML structures without explicit need of the prefixes.

This idea will be used to communicate and initialize the EBICS Users and Banks with various client who are using non-B2Bi EBICS Server or Client software and to be compatible to other software around the globe.

    this should be fixed within 5.2.6.3_12 and higher.
