When automating the PGP workflow through PEM, I need to be able to create a PGP Partner. I also need to be able to access the current PGP Partners and Sponsors, as well as check for duplicates.

How will this idea be used?

In automating the current partner on-boarding workflow through PEM, after running the create PGP key API, a PGP partner must be created. Since no API exists for this function today, this would require a manual step. In order to fully automate the workflow these APIs must be available.
