Enhance the product to prevent large file transfers from failing when the TCP channel goes idle and gets closed due to inactivity.

When using the Aspera FASP capability in Connect Direct and SSP the TCP channel will go completely idle while the data is being transferred over the UDP channel. Production networks will detect this as an inactive sessions after tjust a few minutes and will close the channel. This will cause the Aspera FASP file transfer to fail when the session attempts to use the TCP channel to send the FMH74 message at the end of the file exchange.

Once this capability is provided in the product we will re-enable the idle session monitoring for this connection in our network. In the interim we have a low degree of vulnerability to a type of DOS attack if the product begins thrashing and leaving multiple sessions orphaned.
