Disable SI SFTP server negotiating the legacy ssh-rsa algorithm along with the stronger rsa-sha2-512 and rsa-sha2-256 host key algorithms

host key algorithm "ssh-rsa" is SHA1 deprecated for SSH when sftp server adapter is configured with RSA host key of 2048 SHA256.

As discussed in cases TS022780968, TS021261504 and TS019741908. With host key ssh-rsa of 2048 bit generated and configured in SFTP Server adapter on IBM Sterling Integrator shown below

2048 SHA256:4aB0IWLzZCoOP3Z78iO7ADeuFHrB+ltlkohJSiEKvk8 (RSA)

When we are initiating the sftp connection from any client to SI SFTP server,

SI server is offering ssh-rsa host key algorithms in steps while negotiations. Following is sftp debug logs captured by client or (vulnerability Mgmt. Team) for your reference.

debug2: host key algorithms: rsa-sha2-512,rsa-sha2-256,ssh-rsa

The server continues to advertise the legacy ssh-rsa algorithm along with the stronger rsa-sha2-512 and rsa-sha2-256 algorithms. We need to have an option in Sterling Integrator to restrict or disable only "ssh-rsa" host key algorithm.

With the same host key in SFTP server adapter, An OpenSSH client preferred and negotiated rsa-sha2-512.
