Enable Full Certificate Replacement Through Sterling B2B Integrator APIs

IBM Sterling B2B Integrator should provide API functionality to replace or rotate the certificate material associated with an existing certificate object, equivalent to the functionality currently available through the Sterling B2B Integrator user interface.

Today, the certificate APIs allow some certificate properties and flags to be updated, but they do not provide a supported method to replace the actual certificate/key material while retaining the existing certificate identity or name.

This prevents customers from fully automating certificate lifecycle management.

The Sterling B2B Integrator UI already supports this workflow. An administrator can edit an existing certificate and check in replacement certificate material, and adapters using that certificate begin using the updated certificate without requiring those adapters to be manually reconfigured.

Equivalent functionality should be available through the API.

This would be extremely helpful/useful as customers are moving to shorter timespans between certificate renewals.
