Object Store Client Put Service error results are not handled in On Fault

Unable to Handle Object Store Client PUT Exceptions.

We ran a negative test case scenario where we tried to deliver the same file that already existed at Object Store (Azure Storage).

ObjectStoreClientPut finish successfully with File Put failed Status

<Status>File Put failed: java.io.IOException: Path /edp-landing/Sterling_poc/Testfile.txt.pgp already exists</Status>

The File transfer status is also showing Routed and not showing Failed. It is misleading the file transfer status in Activity page. This need to be fixed.

Case Manager of TS022121645 also confirmed that this issue is due to API limitations and this is how Object Store Client adapter works and errors or exceptions in status reports of object store client PUT operations aren't catched.
