Enhance Object Store Client Adapters to connect through Perimeter servers

The generic Object Store Client adapter, that supports connectivity to Azure Blob (and in future may support S3, GCP etc), is only allowing connections through the ASI nodes and NOT the Perimeter Servers unlike any other communication adapters (SFTP/FTP/HTTPs).

This is a big security risk as it involves opening ports between the internal app severs and cloud storage providers for them to communicate.

Connections via Perimeter servers would keep the internal app secured by not having to directly communicate with the cloud storage providers.
