Query that can provide a list of mailboxes that are not a part of any delete services

This report would provide us insight on mailboxes that need to be added to delete services. During onboards, there could be mistakes on adding mailboxes to delete services, and that way we know to update them.

How will this idea be used?

This is mainly for admin reporting purposes. Our database analysts would also like to have a report to analyse our database growth in most recent months.

    IBM has evaluated the request and has determined that it cannot be implemented at this time or does not align with our current strategy or roadmap.

    • By default all mailboxes are part of archive/purge/clean up processes run by the system

    • Ensure that you have mailbox purge jobs that delete old messages after x days

    • If DB growth is the issue, there may be other aspects to review to determine what that is. We would recommend opening a support case to help investigate further
