FSA(File System Adaptor) creating folders Automatically

Currently when extracting a files using File System Adaptor, by default FSA automatically creates the folder if it does not exists. There should be a parameter using which I can decide if I want FSA to create the folder automatically or not.

How will this idea be used?

By this idea it would be helpful for the developer to configure the FSA adaptor depending on the scenario. There are business requirement where if the folder does not exist then FSA should throw an error stating "Folder does not exist" rather than creating the folder automatically.
