Control the Business process scheduler execution timing by timezone

We are a global organization and have our B2Bi server installed in PST but have jobs scheduled to run in EST, PST, GMT, AEST, BST, etc.

Currently we do not have a way to pick and choose the timezone for the BPs to get triggered. It defaults to the OS/JVM timezone.

There should be a way to select the timezone (with or without the DSTs) for the BPs such that they only run as per the selected timezone.

Say we are on PST and the BP is configured as per AEST. Currently we do the math in our heads and schedule accordingly, which gets more complicated with DST ON and OFF all around the globe.
