Missing 'SH#' Bill of Lading in Document View Report

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Dear IBM team.

Currently, we're able to extract a report from the IBM Document Tracking. However, for our EDI 862 and Deljit Transactions, we are missing the BOL number (which is the SH# referred to in the file name column). This number, is not included when extracting the report into an Excel file.

The request is to update the report so that the BOL# appears as a separate column, making it visible when the report is exported.

Please note that I’m creating this idea for IBM due to the initial ticket TS018566489, which was created and requested as well.

Thanks.

How will this idea be used?

As mentioned before, this idea will enable the entire EDI team to avoid potential monetary loss by ensuring we can catch all the shipments created. Currently, we cannot extract a full list of transactions sent via IBM, and we have to do this manually, which risks losing some data. We really need this data included in the report, as it will allow us to perform easier crosschecks and act immediately in case of any production issues.
