Support Multiple CA certificates in HTTP client adapters

We have partners that are starting to deploy systems in multiple geographic zones in an active/active configuration. Each zone is presenting its own SSL certificate.

For smooth processing, it would be ideal if a list of certificates could be provided to the adapter to say, proceed with the connection if any of these certificates are presented.

Alternatively, a less secure approach would be to have a variation that doesn't check the presented certificate. I.e. have the adapter accept whatever cert is presented by the remote system if no CAcetificate values are passed in.

Another alternative would be to allow it accept any certificate signed by one of the registered certificates in the system. I.e. if the root is loaded and valid, let the connection proceed.
