We need an ability to create user name upto 60characters and email address upto 68 characters in B2Bi

We have a requirement to onboardi-ng partners with the user name upto 60 chars  and email address up to 68 chars, and currently we noticed b2bi only allows 36chars in the user name field and 64chars in the email address field, and so can you provide the solution for this?
