Add metadata parameters to S3 object storage GET and PUT

The S3 APIs allow for adding headers to the bucket object GET and PUT to include user metadata (see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/UsingMetadata.html). Adding these as parameters passed to and from the AWS S3 Client Service (and Object Store Client Service when S3 is supported with this) for GET and PUT operations will allow for seamless passing of additional metadata when S3 is used as a mechanism for sharing files between B2Bi and third parties/internal applications.
